The behaviors and techniques behind targeting, prospecting, qualifying, and gaining commitment are key to success in sales. Amy has worked with Koetter Woodworking over the past few years and has key insights to successful selling and growth in our industry with builders, designers, and homeowners. Her style of edu-tainment in training and development is fun, hard hitting, and quickly applies to the growth challenges we each face. |

Michael Gogan is the Director of Education at CompanyCam. He partners with contractors and distributors to better document their job sites by getting all their photos and notes into one place. After spending nearly a decade teaching middle and high school social studies, Michael now spends his time helping contractors win with a wide array of tips, tricks and procedures. His unique mix of industry knowledge and education experience creates a perfect learning environment for contractors from all industries.
Michael has attended and presented at shows and conferences across the United States, including the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, Florida Roofing Contractors Association, Catalyst’s RISE Conference, and Win The Storm in Las Vegas.

Tripp Loyd Owner - Loyd Builders, Apex, NC At a young age, Tripp began working with his father, a custom home builder in Fayetteville, learning the many aspects of the home building industry. Observing his dad throughout the years gave Tripp the inspiration to pursue his own goals. After graduating from NC State with a civil engineering degree, he started Loyd Builders, LLC in 2000. Tripp has been successfully building custom homes in the Triangle area. Developing relationships have been the hallmark of Loyd Builders success. |

Robert A. Srote, ALA, MBA Architect/Principal - Schaub & Srote Robert is a member of the Association of Licensed Architects and began his architectural career in 1996. Robert has many years of experience in bringing livability and style to production housing and has created unique custom dwellings for his clients nationwide. Robert is currently licensed in Wisconsin, Colorado, Texas, and Arizona and is in the process of seeking certification across the country. Architecture is truly Robert's passion. He views every project as an opportunity to enhance the built environment while remaining in harmony with the natural landscape. He opened Residential Masterworks, a studio to further develop and carry out this mission and, in 2012 merged with the Schaub Design Group, Inc. to form Schaub+Srote Architects. Always intrigued by politics, the economy and the effect it has on modern architecture, Robert penned, Wildfire: The Legislation that Ignited the Great Recession, published in 2011. Lincoln Ogden Owner/General Contractor, Compass Project Management, LLC, Floyds Knobs, IN Lincoln Ogden is founder and co-owner, with his wife Loren, of Compass Project Management. Compass specializes in custom, high-end new home builds, and commercial and residential renovations and additions. The company has served the Southern Indiana and Louisville metro area since 2007. Lincoln got his start in trim carpentry as a teenager working with his uncle. From the very beginning he liked being able to turn nothing into something. Now, with years of experience as a general contractor, he still loves being able to deliver the "wow" factor when a client sees his vision come to life. Compass Project Management takes pride in offering start to finish service – from plans on paper, through the maze of lead times for subcontractors, to final interior design touches. Making it easy for the client is the highest priority, whether it’s a historic renovation, a mid-century modern new construction, or a commercial build-out. |

Tony Valdez Outside Sales - ITC Millwork, LLC, Charlotte/Raleigh, NC Tony began his career in the building industry at age 15, framing houses in San Antonio, Texas. He transitioned to the installation of interior trim at 20 years’ old and collectively has over 37 years’ experience installing and selling millwork packages. Knowledge, confidence, and creativity are some of the attributes that define who Tony is today. Tony specializes in serving builders and architects constructing private estates for discerning sports figures and professionals. He lives by the words, “Yes, we can!” and attests to surviving in this industry by adapting, learning quickly and exceeding customers’ expectations by executing their visions into reality. Tony would like to be remembered for changing the interior trim/niche business to what it is today and for influencing the future development of the market. He appreciates change, growth, and a great product, and ITC Millwork offers this. |

Wayne Inman Outside Sales - ITC Millwork, LLC, Charlotte, NC Wayne, a native of North Carolina, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Arts with a concentration in Wood Technology and Minor in Art from Appalachian State University. After graduation, he began his career in furniture manufacturing working in the furniture industry for 12 years. With the decline of the furniture industry in the United States, Wayne transitioned his skills and experience to the millwork business. For over 33 years, he has used his design skills and creativity for prominent sports and business professionals throughout North and South Carolina. His background in art and manufacturing gives him the ability to communicate with architects, interior designers, builders and the home owner to give them the finished product they desire. |

Cory Eyer Sales Representative - Hyde Park Lumber, Cincinnati, OH Cory Eyer is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and a 30-year outside sales veteran. During this time, he has worked for three family owned lumber yards. Before going into outside sales, Corey gained hands-on field experience as a carpenter. He is a solution provider and continues to grow and nurture business through the breadth of products offered by Hyde Park Lumber . |

Ryan McIntyre Sales Representative - McIntyre Millwork, Ellisville, MO Ryan McIntyre started working in the warehouse of his family’s business as a teenager, learning how to properly handle, store and deliver material to job sites. Ryan learned the importance of using high-quality wood products for projects from his father, a journeyman cabinetmaker. Ryan feels that offering the same high-quality materials and attention to his customers shows respect for their ideas and projects. He doesn’t hesitate to bring up the possible scenarios when a customer’s vision might possibly conflict with functionality.
